    Quality issues related to translated documents from customers are stored in ModnTrans specialized CAP & PAP (Corrective Action Plan & Preventive Action Plan) database, accordingly optimal measures are established through weekly meetings to reach customer satisfaction. It also prevents future problems through significant data management for each project that has already been processed, which supports proactive prevention of possible problems in the future through meaningful data management for each project that has already been processed.

    ModnTrans A/S coverage (6 months)

      In case finally inspected, incorrect or insufficient translation and typo in a universal view
      (A request for proofreading should be made within 24 hours after the initial translation file submitted.)

    • 02

      In case the request for re-proofreading does not comply with the pre-consulted translation guidelines, it shall be excluded from ModnTrans A/S coverage.

      For less than 5% of the original document modified, ModnTrans offer free work, but this free service shall be limited to x1 time.
      (the request should be made 1) on the submitted translation file by annotating modification within 24 hrs after the initial translation file submitted. or 2) on the proofreading request form which we provide together with the initial translation file in a date of delivery.)

      ModnTrans courteously decline any requests for proofreading made out of common sense (e.g., editing even after proofreading done, a request for consulting services, and other non-discussed requests not agreed in the contract.

      Other requests not listed above shall be decided by consultation in accordance with the customs and practice for free and charged service.

      A request with a sense of business manner will always be welcome.

    Refund Policy

    • 01

      For refund requests due to reasons attributed to the client during the translation process, the following amounts shall be refunded after 10% of the total amount shall be deducted and settlement of the amount already used at the point of the request made;

      • After 1/3 of total translation progress The amount equivalent to 2/3 of the total amount already paid shall be refunded
      • Before 1/2 of total translation progress The amount equivalent to 1/2 of the total amount already paid shall be refunded
      • After 1/2 of total translation progress No refund

      Please be advised that the entire work may be terminated and refunds may become limited in case there is violent or abusive language used by customers during the work process.
